What should you do if you are not being billed for the gas you are using?

If you find a gas meter in one of your properties that you are not being invoiced for you should contact a gas supply company of your choice and ask them to register the meter as a "found meter" with National Grid/Transco and set up a supply contract.

If you simply try to ignore the fact that you are not being billed, you burden your organisation with a liability to pay for gas usage for the previous 6 years.
