Calls diverted (but not the cost..)

Does "Call Divert" cost my organisation anything?

Be aware of your staff who divert their incoming calls from the fixed line handset that you provide on their desk to ANY mobile telephone (whether you provided the mobile or not). You will pay somewhere between 8p and 20p PER MINUTE for the transfer of these calls, which would otherwise be at no cost to your organization.
