Am I entitled to discount on my BT invoices?

If you are entitled to BT Business Choices discount on ANY telephone line on a site, BT should apply the same discounts to ALL lines on that site - one client received a refund of over £50,000 when we pointed this out to BT. If in doubt, ask for a meeting with your BT "account manager" to discuss discounts that you are ALREADY entitled to, but be aware that they will usually try to get you to agree to a longer contract as part of the "review process" - don't be persuaded.
