We have been working with local government for at least seven years and have developed an extensive knowledge of the special requirements of Local Authorities, especially when it comes to tendering and accountability.
We generally provide a fully managed service for public sector clients, where we deal with all aspects of utility management, including:

procurement in accordance with Standing Orders, including preparing Framework Agreements for use by one or more clients

query resolution and management (our clients no longer need to deal with utility company call centres)

preparation of e-Payment files to suit each client's financial management system (no re-keying of invoice data)

Telecommunications, energy and water audits (often working with the client's Internal Audit team)

Help with preparing and implementing energy management policies

Help with implementing mobile data solutions and remote worker policies
