Colchester Borough Council selects SmithBellerby to monitor energy and water usage

Colchester Borough Council have recently awarded a new contract to SmithBellerby to take over management of energy and water services for approximately 800 separate supplies. The project will initially deliver efficiency savings by streamlining the way utility invoices are processed, and will ultimately lead to further cost savings as a result of energy and water management initiatives.
